Cold Hands Embalming Tip of the Week: Channel inside the mouth in cases of severe edema

Remember that time 🕰 is our friend when edema is involved and “fluid runs in the path of least resistance.” Create those channels with an S-curve suture and insert a wick with a long piece of webril to lead the water on a path out of the body.
