Eagle’s Wings Air Continues Investment in Customer Experience with New Appointment
Seasoned funeral service professional Ruth Anne Yeats joins EWA to enhance client relations
NATIONWIDE — Eagle’s Wings Air (EWA), the nation’s leading logistics provider of air transportation management services to funeral homes and shipping services, announced a key appointment focused on enhancing customer experience and expanding business development capabilities.
Ruth Anne Yeats joins as Brand Ambassador, reflecting the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to funeral service professionals who rely on EWA to manage the complex logistics of transporting loved ones home for ceremony.
The expansion of EWA’s Brand Ambassador Program is designed to strengthen EWA’s ability to serve the deathcare community across the United States with the same level of care and attention that funeral service professionals provide to the client families they serve. As the company has successfully managed more than
325,000 air transfers since its founding in 2007, these appointments position EWA to scale their personalized service approach while maintaining the reliability and responsiveness that the profession requires.
Yeats steps into this new role after a distinguished career spanning more than 30 years in service-based industries, most recently as Vice President of Operations at Foundation Partners Group, where she oversaw business operations across 80+ locations nationwide. Her work encompassed strategic business development, staffing optimization, revenue growth, and post-merger integration — skills that translate powerfully to her new mission of championing Eagle’s Wings Air’s brand and values across the communities it serves. A dedicated civic leader, Yeats currently serves as a Board Member and Past President of the Florida Cemetery, Cremation, and Funeral Association (FCCFA).
Ruth Anne Yeats, EWA Brand Ambassador, shares “I’ve spent my career serving people in their most vulnerable moments. Joining Eagle’s Wings Air is a natural next step – it’s an organization built on the same values I’ve lived by: compassion, integrity, and a relentless commitment to those we serve.”
As Brand Ambassador, Yeats will leverage her extensive professional network and lean on her proven expertise in referral-based business development, partnership cultivation, and relationship driven outreach. Her experience building partnership programs, developing community networks, and delivering national business
development training positions her as a powerful voice for Eagle’s Wings Air as it continues to celebrate a history of excellence and develop the business through trusted relationships nationwide.
“For over 30 years, my work in funeral service has taught me that families and funeral service professionals need partners they can trust without hesitation. Eagle’s Wings Air was founded to meet that need, and our continued growth reflects the confidence funeral homes place in us. Ruth Anne’s presence strengthens our ability to serve families with dignity and ensures that EWA remains the nation’s most reliable resource for air transportation in the moments when it matters most,” says David McComb, EWA co-founder and fourth-generation independent funeral home owner.
As Eagle’s Wings Air continues to experience growing demand from funeral homes and shipping services nationwide, the organization is deepening its investment in people, technology, and community partnerships. Recognized across the U.S. for its
reliability and trusted service, EWA is entering the next chapter of strategic growth — expanding its presence in key markets, strengthening its national network, and enhancing the technology that supports funeral service professionals in their most time-sensitive moments. Yeats’ appointment reflects EWA’s commitment to building a future defined by service excellence, operational precision, and relationship driven expansion.
The new role is designed to strengthen EWA’s ability to serve the deathcare community across the United States with the same level of care and attention that funeral service professionals provide to the client families they serve. As the company has successfully managed more than 325,000 air transfers since its founding in 2007, these appointments position EWA to scale their personalized service approach while maintaining the reliability and responsiveness that the profession requires.
Founded by McComb and airline industry veteran Frank Kaiser, EWA was created specifically to address the gap funeral homes faced when coordinating air transportation. The company’s proprietary software provides instant access to flight options across multiple carriers, while its 24/7 monitoring ensures that any disruptions are resolved before they impact funeral services or client families.
“EWA was built to advocate for the entire death care community. Our mission is simple: leverage our history of trusted relationships to remain the most reliable and compassionate air transportation partner funeral service professionals can depend on. As the needs of our community continue to evolve, so does our responsibility to lead with innovation, integrity, and unwavering service. Ruth Anne’s leadership strengthens our ability to support funeral homes and shipping services across the country, which positions us for meaningful, relationship driven growth,” said Frank Kaiser, co-founder and President of Eagle’s Wings Air.
