Deathcare Documentary? | FFFW 193
DISCLAIMER: None of the F’s in FFFW stand for “facts.” Enjoy the jokes and satire.
Halfway through June already? Crazy. Fun fact- today is “National Pop Goes the Weasel Day.” So, if you ever wanted to write a book about pointless holidays- now would be a good time to start.
But I will never miss a chance to talk about cute woodland animals. So here are three fun facts about weasels-
Of course! Here are three shorter fun facts about weasels:
1. Weasels have extremely flexible spines, allowing them to twist and turn through tight spaces easily while chasing prey.
2. Weasels have one of the highest metabolic rates of any mammal, requiring them to eat up to a third of their body weight each day.
3. Weasels are highly adaptable and can be found in a wide range of habitats, including forests, grasslands, and even suburban areas.
Let’s have a good weekend!

3 Deathcare Documentaries that Should be Made
Recently, I watched two incredible documentaries on Disney+. The first is a new Jim Henson doc, and the other is focused on The Beach Boys. I highly recommend both. But it did get me thinking- what documentaries should be made in the Deathcare space?
1) Deathcare Startup- I’ve had this idea for a minute, and I’d love to see it made. The idea is to follow a new startup in the deathcare space and document the first year of their journey. Not only would it be interesting to follow the start-up, but the documentary would also give an insight into the deathcare space and all the conventions, meetings, and whatnot that goes along with it.
2) Frank E. Campbell Funeral Chapel- Obviously, this funeral home is known for celebrity funerals, which would already be interesting subject matter, but Frank E. Campbell himself was also an innovator in the funeral space. Focusing on his journey and ideas could make for a captivating story.
3) Extreme Embalming—This would be a little more shock-and-awe but could still make for a great story. Who started it? Why? What goes into it? This could be CRAZY.
