Domani Preneed Appoints Riley Facer As CEO

Orem, Utah – Jon Lefrandt today announced that Riley Facer will succeed him as CEO of Domani Preneed. An experienced preneed professional, Facer has been serving as the chief revenue officer for The Domani Group since its founding in 2018.

“This organizational change is the right next step for the growth of Domani Preneed,” Lefrandt said. “Riley is just the person to take Domani Preneed to new heights. He is an excellent leader and one of the industry’s most talented preneed professionals. Lefrandt will remain CEO of Domanicare and has also been appointed Senior Vice President-Consumer Experience for Homesteaders Life Company.

Facer co-founded Domani Preneed, knowing that there was a better way to help families plan for a loss. He has created tools and better resources for funeral homes to grow their businesses.

A decade ago, Facer began his career in funeral service as a personal preneed producer in Cleveland, Ohio. He applied his skills quickly and sold over $1.5 million in his first nine months. He promptly grew into a training and management role and helped manage over $40 million in annual preneed sales in Ohio and the greater Midwest.
