ICCFA Educational Foundation Welcomes Three New Trustees

Sterling, VA – The ICCFA Educational Foundation’s Board of Trustees voted in three new trustees at its annual fall meeting held during the Executive Leadership Summit in Santa Ana Pueblo, NM.

Representatives from across the funeral service spectrum serve on the Educational Foundation’s board.  Trustees volunteer their time and talents to advance the Foundation’s mission to support funeral service in making education accessible to our profession’s future leaders.

Our three new trustees embrace the Foundation’s philanthropic spirit, and bring experience and expertise to the table,” said Jim Price, who is President and Chairman.  “Their energy, passion and dedication makes each of them excellent additions to the Board and underscores our vision.”

The newest trustees are Gwen Mooney, President & CEO of Cave Hill Cemetery, Louisville, Kentucky; Allen Dave, President & General Manager, Allen Dave Funeral Homes & Cremation Professionals, Houston, Texas; and Kevin Gaffney, Regional Sales Vice President, Funeral Directors Life, Abilene, Texas.

These newly elected trustees join the following trustees on the ICCFA Educational Foundation Board – Mitch Rose (Woodlawn Cemetery); Rich Darby (Trigard); Chris Trainor (Batesville); Ken Varner (Cypress Lawn); Jim Price (Park Lawn Corporation); Wanda Sizemore (Homesteaders Life); Jay Dodds (Park Lawn Corporation); Gino Merendino (Merendino Cemetery Care); Jill Muenich (Homesteaders Life); Poul Lemasters (ICCFA Ex-Officio, Legal Counsel).
