Funeral Professionals Are Changing the World … Believe it!

The title of this video may shock you, but it is true. Funeral professionals are changing the world.

I just returned from the 2011 NFDA convention in Chicago and my eyes were opened greatly this year as I walked the convention floor and saw new companies as well as current funeral companies who have started to incorporate into their products new technologies that enable funeral professionals to provide better service that meets the demands of the consumer.

There is nothing glamorous about our profession. Our profession is service driven and funeral professionals are generally under appreciated for the services they provide.

But regardless of the situation funeral professionals are faced with, and no matter how traumatic the death may have been, funeral professional are always the ones who make those unbearable moments easier for the family to cope with.

So here is a shout out to all funeral professionals who really are changing the world one family at a time.
