Why We Have Too Few Women Leaders In Funeral Service

The funeral profession has always been a ‘boys club’. Women have not been present like they should. The tide is turning some as more that 51% of mortuary school students are women.

The below video is a TED talk from Sheryl Sandberg (Facebook COO) and it’s purpose is to inspire women to take charge and become leaders.

There is no reason why women can’t be leaders in the funeral profession. I’m all for it.
