OGDEN, UT — June 29, 2026 — Tukios, the industry leader in funeral technology, has launched The Heardstone App, a new mobile app designed to eliminate manual note-taking during funeral arrangements. Built specifically for funeral professionals, the app captures and organizes meeting details in real time so directors can focus entirely on supporting grieving families rather than writing down details.

How Heardstone Works

Instead of using a legal pad, a funeral director opens the Heardstone app and taps Record. While the director listens to and helps the family, the app works in the background, capturing every detail.

The second the meeting ends, the app does the work:

  • Instant Obituary Drafts: A beautifully written life story based on the conversation, eliminating the need to start from a blank screen.
  • Customized To-Do Lists: Suggested tasks list is created based on the family’s specific requests.
  • Perfect AI Summaries: A quick text overview of everything discussed, saving directors from re-listening to lengthy audio files.

Document and Media Uploads

Heardstone also processes information that was not discussed out loud during the meeting. Directors can snap photos of physical paperwork, such as military discharge papers, handwritten notes, or upload external media like audio clips from relatives overseas. The app instantly reads, organizes, and pulls this information directly into the central service file.

Built in: Zero Copy-and-Paste Needed

To save time and prevent double-entry, Heardstone automatically syncs with the existing Tukios Dashboard, creating drafts ready for review.  All summarized details, text, and tasks populate instantly, formatted and ready for final review without any copying or pasting required.

Availability

The Heardstone app is available now on iOS and Android. Funeral homes can request immediate beta access by contacting their Tukios representative, calling support at 801.682.4391, or emailing support@tukios.com
