Tukios has enhanced The Heardstone App to make creating and editing obituaries easier for funeral professionals. Users can now create obituary drafts, upload or select photos, and edit obituaries right from their phone.

Building on Heardstone’s existing capabilities, these updates make an already valuable tool even more powerful by giving funeral professionals greater control over managing tribute details. By reducing manual note-taking and simplifying the obituary workflow, Heardstone helps funeral homes create personalized obituaries more efficiently from start to finish.

A More Complete Mobile Arrangement Experience

Heardstone helps funeral professionals capture important details during family meetings while creating organized, actionable information for the next steps.

After an arrangement conversation, the app generates AI-powered obituary drafts based on the details shared during the meeting, providing a strong starting point that directors can review and customize. The updated app also streamlines visual customization by allowing directors to choose the primary obituary image directly within the app and select custom header images that reflect family preferences for a more meaningful online memorial.

Additionally, the platform provides organized meeting summaries, enabling staff to quickly review key details without sorting through handwritten notes or lengthy recordings.

Simplifying the Obituary Workflow

With Heardstone, funeral professionals can move from gathering family information to creating an obituary draft in a single workflow. By bringing obituary creation, image selection, and arrangement details together in one mobile experience, funeral homes can save time while maintaining the personal attention families expect.

Built to Work With Tukios

Heardstone connects directly with the Tukios Dashboard, allowing information captured in the app to flow into existing workflows. Funeral professionals can review, edit, and finalize content without manually transferring information between systems.

Availability

The Heardstone App is available now on iOS and Android. Funeral homes can learn more by contacting their Tukios representative, visiting heardstone.com, or emailing support@tukios.com.
