Austin, Texas, April 30, 2015 –The International Order of the Golden Rule (OGR), the world’s leading professional association dedicated to making independent funeral homes exceptional, installed its 2015-2016 Board of Directors during the OGR 2015 Annual Conference and Supplier Showcase at the Marriott World Center in Orlando, FL on Saturday, April 25.
William Brock, Jr., Vanderplaat Funeral Home of Wyckoff, Wyckoff, NJ was installed as President. Also installed were Peter ‘Skip’ Urban, Anton B. Urban Funeral Home in Ambler, PA, as President-Elect and Charles A. Castiglia, Lakeside Memorial Funeral Home in Hamburg, NY, as Secretary-Treasurer. Returning to the board for an additional two-year term was Adam Miles Martin, Miles T. Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris Michigan. Richard O’Hara, McAvoy O’Hara Company-Evergreen Mortuary, San Francisco, CA was sworn in as a first-time board member to a two-year term.
