Some call them haters or trolls but we like to call them ‘Keyboard Commandoes’. You may know them personally as ‘Rick’ from down the street who is very reserved and quite while walking his poodle through your funeral home lawn. But in the virtual world, ‘Rick’ is a loud mouth who spouts off about how terrible funeral directors are, specifically you, and he loves to give bad one-star reviews.
