CemSites, a Messenger family company specializing in cloud-based cemetery management software, announced that Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) has chosen the CemSites platform as its preferred enterprise software solution. The system will support cemetery, funeral home, and crematory operations across CFCS’s network of Catholic dioceses in the United States.

Streamlining Diocesan Cemetery Operations

The partnership establishes CemSites as the primary technology provider for participating CFCS organizations working to modernize operations and standardize workflows. Under the agreement, individual dioceses will manage their own implementation timelines.

The enterprise platform equips participating dioceses with tools for cemetery management, digital records maintenance,ArcGIS mapping, workflow automation, enterprise reporting, and online family services. By centralizing management while maintaining local operational flexibility, the platform aims to enhance administrative efficiency and organizational collaboration.

Leadership Commentary on the Partnership

David Berger, president of CemSites, emphasized the shared goals behind the agreement, noting that the relationship reflects a mutual commitment to operational performance and family care as participating dioceses begin their rollouts.

Keith Parsons, chief operating officer of Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services, highlighted the strategic value for local ministries, stating that standardizing on the CemSites platform builds a stronger foundation for operational efficiency while keeping local teams focused on serving families with dignity.

About the Companies

Founded in 2012, CemSites provides cloud-based cemetery software covering record management, spatial mapping, inventory tracking, financial processing, and reporting. As part of The Messenger Family Company, CemSites operates alongside sister brands Messenger, Thumbies, and Express Funeral Funding. Further details and platform demonstrations are available at www.CemSites.com.
