Did you know that on this day in 1978, Hawaii hosted the first Ironman triathlon?

Well, now you do.

TWO LIES. ONE TRUTH.
Two of these are fake reviews about an Amazon urn- one is real. Click which one you think is legit.
a) I think this was used…
b) It’s literally just a vase.
c) It doesn’t open!!!

Ready to Increase Revenue in 2022?

Let’s face it, after the past couple of years, you probably want to be on a vacation. Yes, you probably want to be on sunny shores, wearing a floral shirt while drinking out of a coconut. Actually, we really want that for you, but…

Before you do all that- you need to increase your revenue.

That’s where Parting Pro comes in.

Parting Pro users are converting more price shoppers, selling more merchandise, increasing efficiency with digital forms, and generating more positive reviews. To see how much they can help you, they’ve developed an ROI calculator so you can see for yourself what Parting Pro will do for your business.

Let’s go get that coconut!

Best Foods to Eat on the Go

Let’s face it- y’all are busy people. Funeral professionals work odd and unexpected hours because the subject of the work doesn’t lend itself to a neat schedule. So, I wanted to help you out. See, I’ve consumed everything from candy bars to Thanksgiving-style dinners, all while navigating the road. So, I’ve created the ultimate list of foods to eat while you’re driving to your different responsibilities.

1) Pop-Tarts
These delicious breakfast cookies are a great choice for beginners. They’re full of flavor and can be handled with one hand fairly easily.

The Ratings-
Flavor: 3/5
Cleanliness: 4/5 (Beware of crumbs and that wrapper)
Cool Factor: 2/5

2) Fast-Food Burger
It’s cheap, it tastes fantastic, and you probably have to drive by a fast-food establishment anyway. This option is great for intermediate drive-by snackers.

The Ratings-
Flavor: 4.5/5 (Everyone loves a good FF burg)
Cleanliness: 2.5/5
Cool Factor: 2.5/5

*PRO TIP: Don’t be scared to have a snack towel in your car. Tuck it into your shirt and wear it as a bib. This creates endless possibilities for what you can consume. And when people see you rocking this attire, they’ll know you’re serious about your craft.

3) A Box of Pizza
This is where the men are separated from the boys. We’re not playing around once you get to the pizza. Is it the most complicated thing ever? No, but it definitely introduces you to the pro leagues. It takes coordination, space, and strategy.

The Ratings-
Flavor: 5/5
Cleanliness:1.5/5
Cool Factor:123974373/5 (What’s cooler than enjoying pizza with the wind blowing through your hair?)

You Otter Be Proud

Let’s be honest, our profession gets a lot of negative press, so we’ve searched the internet to find stories of funeral things getting respect, and doing great things!

1) Area funeral homes strive to help with making arrangements

2) Death-Care TikTokers are CRUSHING It

3) Westbrooks Funeral Home carrying on into its fifth generation
