CemSites Names David Berger President, Signaling Next Chapter of Growth
PERRYOPOLIS, PA —For RELEASE, August 31, 2026— CemSites, a Messenger Family Company and the pioneer behind cloud-based cemetery management software today announced that David Berger has been named President, following more than a year serving as Interim President. Berger will lead CemSites as the company continues its investment in technology, product innovation, and solutions designed to serve the evolving needs of the deathcare industry.

Berger a Tulane University graduate who began his career at Deloitte in management consulting, brings more than 30 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience, including more than a decade in deathcare. He co-founded and led We Fund Funerals before its acquisition by Express Funeral Funding (EFF), a Messenger company, in 2021. He subsequently served as Vice President of Business Development for EFF before joining CemSites.
While at CemSites, Berger has led initiatives focused on growth, operational excellence, AI adoption, product development and strategic technology investments.
