Transform Your Hospice Relationships—Free Webinar with Lacy Robinson

WHEELING, IL— Approximately 50% of all deaths in the United States involve hospice care—and with a rapidly aging population, both hospice and death care providers will see growing demand in the years ahead. That makes strong, professional relationships between hospice teams and death care providers more essential than ever.

Now is the time to move beyond basic outreach and build partnerships that truly make a difference. Join Lacy Robinson for a free, high-impact webinar on Advanced Hospice Partnership Strategies with the Cremation Association of North America (CANA) and discover how to elevate your connections into strategic collaborations that deliver measurable results. Register now for this free webinar on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 2pm ET / 1pm CT / 11am PT, and start building the relationships that set your firm apart.

Professional partnerships between hospice and death care providers create a seamless continuum of care for families. Hospice clinicians and volunteers guide patients and loved ones through life’s final moments—then entrust you and your team to carry that care forward with compassion, professionalism, and meaning. When these relationships are strong, families experience not just a transition, but true continuity of care.

“This synergy between funeral service and hospice care is exactly why I’m excited to talk about finding partnership opportunities,” said Robinson. “In this webinar, we’ll explore how funeral and cremation providers can move beyond basic outreach and build collaborative relationships with hospice organizations—forging partnerships that truly benefit the families you serve.”

Attendees will gain practical, actionable strategies and proven frameworks to position their business as a preferred partner among hospice teams—all while enhancing the level of care they provide to families. Live webinar attendees have a chance to win a free Hospice Medicare Death Data Report + Analysis for the county of their choice.

With a background in funeral service and more than a decade of hands-on experience volunteering and advocating with Hosparus Health, Lacy Robinson brings deep, real-world insight into hospice–funeral home collaboration. For nearly 10 years, she has helped funeral professionals nationwide strengthen their hospice relationships and rethink their role in the continuum of care. She is also co-author of Engaging the Heart of Hospice: Making Funeral and Memorial Services an Extension of Hospice Care, written with Serviam Hospice President Greg Grabowski.

Building on her widely praised presentation at CANA’s 2026 Symposium, Lacy’s webinar, Advanced Hospice Partnership Strategies, will share practical techniques for deepening partnerships and reveal how intentional outreach—and even volunteering—can open the door to meaningful, lasting professional relationships.
