Finance Leader’s Expanded Role Reflects Anthem’s Commitment to Meritocracy and Scalable Growth
[Frisco, TX] — April X, 2026 — Anthem Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of Roger Baeza to Vice President of Finance, a role that reflects both his exceptional contributions and the company’s commitment to merit-based advancement. Baeza’s leadership has been instrumental in strengthening Anthem’s financial controls, enhancing reporting accuracy, and implementing scalable systems that support operational efficiency across the organization.
Since joining Anthem, Baeza has taken on progressively expanding finance leadership responsibilities, overseeing financial reporting, advancing internal control frameworks, and driving key initiatives that align operational performance with the company’s strategic objectives. His work has significantly improved the clarity, reliability, and accessibility of Anthem’s financial information. Baeza has also prioritized strong communication with the Director of Support team, ensuring alignment and transparency around financial performance and processes.
Roger began his career in public accounting with a West Texas firm, building a strong technical foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. He later served as controller for an oil and gas company, leading financial operations in a high-growth, transaction-driven environment. His experience includes direct involvement in private equity–backed transactions, complex financial structures, and strategic initiatives that support long-term organizational growth.
A graduate of New Mexico State University and a native of Southeastern New Mexico, Baeza credits his upbringing with shaping his work ethic and leadership style—anchored in accountability, collaboration, and practical problem-solving. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, cheering on the San Francisco 49ers, attending live sporting events, tackling home improvement projects, and experimenting with new recipes on the grill and smoker.

In his new role, Baeza will continue working closely with Anthem’s executive leadership team and Directors of Support to advance financial transparency and operational alignment. His promotion also completes the formation of Anthem’s executive committee, which includes Chad Jackson (Operations), Berenice Hinojosa (People and Infrastructure), Roger Baeza (Finance), and CEO Will Andrews.
