Anthem Partners Promotes Hinojosa to VP of People and Infrastructure
Leadership Role Reflects Company Growth and Continued Investment in Organizational Excellence
[Frisco, TX] — March 25, 2026 — Anthem Partners recently announced the promotion of Berenice Hinojosa to Vice President of People and Infrastructure, effective immediately. In this role, Hinojosa will report directly to President Will Andrews and will oversee the company’s human resources, insurance, fleet, and property functions, while focusing on strategic growth and organizational development.
Hinojosa joined Anthem Partners more than a year ago as Chief of Staff, bringing a strong foundation in business operations and organizational leadership. During her tenure, she has played a critical role in managing key administrative and operational functions, including human resources, insurance programs, vehicle oversight, and property management.

Hinojosa brings more than 20 years of experience in complex, multi-site operating environments. She has a proven track record of supporting high-growth organizations, contributing to the expansion of a business from approximately $6 million to over $100 million in revenue nationwide, and helping build the infrastructure that enabled a successful private equity transaction.
Over the past several years, her focus at Anthem Partners has been on human resources and business infrastructure. She has led initiatives in multi-state compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development, while building HR functions from the ground up. She has also partnered closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, workforce integration, and organizational restructuring.

A Dallas native, Hinojosa is deeply rooted in the community and grounded by her family. She and her husband, Anibal, stay busy keeping up with their two boys, Joaquin and Emiliano, who share a love of sports—especially baseball. Much of their time is spent at ballfields, sporting events, and enjoying time together as a family.
