Doric Vault Hosts Dealer Meeting at Classic Metal Vault Facility
Event Highlights Include Plant Tour and Columbarium Product Line Presentation
MARSHALL, IL — Doric Vault welcomed dealers from across its network for a two-day meeting held in February at the company’s Classic Metal Vault manufacturing facility in Corbin, Kentucky. The event brought together Doric partners for hands-on learning, product education, and a behind-the-scenes look at the company’s manufacturing operations and expanding memorialization offerings.
Designed to strengthen product knowledge and reinforce collaboration between Doric and its dealer network, the meeting combined formal presentations with a comprehensive facility tour that highlighted the craftsmanship and engineering behind both Doric’s metal vaults and columbarium products.
Product Presentations
The meeting featured two focused presentations designed to deepen dealer understanding and support their work with funeral homes and cemeteries.
Metal Vault Manufacturing & Product Overview — Doric representatives walked dealers through the full range of Doric metal vault options, highlighting construction features, protective benefits, and the manufacturing innovations that distinguish Doric products. The session examined materials, fabrication techniques, and quality control processes that ensure durability, consistency, and long-term performance in cemetery environments.
Columbarium Product Line & Cremation Memorialization — A second presentation explored Doric’s growing columbarium portfolio. Dealers reviewed design configurations, materials, customization options, and installation considerations while discussing the increasing role of cremation memorialization within today’s cemeteries. The session also addressed how columbarium installations can help cemeteries expand their memorial offerings while providing families with meaningful and dignified spaces for remembrance.
Plant Tour and Manufacturing Demonstrations
Attendees also participated in a guided tour of the Classic Metal Vault facility, where both Doric metal burial vaults and the company’s columbarium product line are manufactured. During the tour, dealers observed each stage of the metal vault production process—from raw material preparation and precision welding to finishing, sealing, and final quality inspection.
The tour also highlighted the fabrication and assembly of Doric’s columbarium units within the Corbin facility, giving attendees a first-hand look at how the structures are engineered and constructed. Dealers gained insight into the materials, craftsmanship, and quality standards that support both product lines and ensure durability, structural integrity, and long-term performance in cemetery environments.
Strengthening Dealer Partnerships
“We were pleased to welcome our dealers to Corbin and provide a closer look at both our manufacturing operations and our evolving product portfolio,” said Jim Wiens, President of Doric Products, Inc. “Our dealers play a vital role in connecting Doric products with funeral homes and cemeteries across the country, and gatherings like this ensure they have the knowledge, resources, and confidence to serve families and communities effectively.”
Beyond product education, the meeting also created opportunities for networking, idea sharing, and conversations about emerging trends and opportunities within funeral service and cemetery memorialization.
Doric extends its appreciation to all participating dealers and looks forward to continuing to support its partners throughout the year ahead. The company understands the importance of preserving memories and remains steadfast in its mission: to offer respectful and timeless resting places for loved ones and to create spaces that reflect the dignity and honor of those who have passed.
