Johnson Consulting Group Announces Winners of the 2021 Excellence in Customer Service Awards

Scottsdale, AZ – Johnson Consulting Group (JCG), powered by J3Tech Solutions, announced the winners of the “JCG 2021 Excellence in Customer Service Awards”. The Awards were presented to JCG and J3Tech Solutions’ client funeral homes who achieved the highest Overall Performance Scores from family satisfaction surveys mailed to each family they served during 2021.
