Batesville Delivers Flexibility and Value for Funeral Professionals and Families at 2022 ICCFA Convention & Exposition

BATESVILLE, Ind., – Batesville welcomes funeral and cemetery professionals back to Las Vegas for the 2022 International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association (ICCFA) Annual Convention and Exposition, March 22 – 24. The company will showcase a variety of new products, memorialization offerings and technology solutions, including an exclusive Family Choices® digital personalization feature for online obituaries, and preview Batesville Connect™, an advanced digital platform that gives funeral directors better access to information and more control of their Batesville account.

“There is tremendous excitement about this year’s live convention – from the breadth of new offerings to the quality of educational content – there is truly something for all attendees,” said Jenn Parvin, vice president of marketing and technology at Batesville.

Flexibility and value are increasingly important in today’s funeral products, and Batesville is delivering both in a variety of ways, with contemporary metal and wood casket finishes, unique Family Choices personalization features and flexible interior designs that adapt to different style preferences, from a more traditional tailored look to lace. These elements are reflected in some of the products that will be displayed in the Batesville booth.

  • The OC1 Finch 18-gauge steel has Family Choices personalization with a LifeView® panel and LifeStories® display medallion, a dual overlay and classic basketweave interior fabric.
  • “The Dryden Brown select veneer has a cremation-friendly liner and adjustable wood bed and mattress that are suitable for burial or cremation, with LifeSymbols® designs or display medallions and a plank-top design.

The company is also presenting a new line of affordable NewPointe® hardboard cremation containers that feature a full 24” interior width and a stylish wood finish, combining functionality with modern aesthetics. Two of the new units, the Hadley and Novato, will be on display in the Batesville booth.

“Technology is a key enabler and Batesville is continuing to add new digital capabilities and solutions to help funeral directors and families create meaningful funeral experiences,” said Parvin.

With its latest innovation, Batesville website customers have access to the full library of Family Choices medallion and corner designs for use in online obituaries, providing consistency and continuity through every element of the service.

A trusted technology partner to thousands of funeral homes, Batesville websites are built to meet the unique needs of every firm, with visually engaging designs, flexible content management, revenue-generating e-commerce solutions, and integrations with industry leaders.
