New eFuneral and Legacy.com Integration Gives Funeral Homes Access To Millions Of New Leads

DES MOINES, IA; CHICAGO, IL – Each month, 3 million people search Legacy.com’s online funeral home directory to find a funeral service provider. Now, any of these visitors can start making an end-of-life arrangement online with an eFuneral partner provider from a Legacy
directory listing.

eFuneral and Legacy.com are pleased to announce a new integration that helps millions of Legacy visitors shop, select, and purchase from any of eFuneral’s 400+ partners. The integration deploys a guided chatbot experience on the Legacy directory pages of eFuneral’s partner providers. It automatically engages with interested users to help them plan and purchase funeral services entirely online – including at-need and preneed cremations and full-service arrangements.

Available at no cost to eFuneral partner providers, the partnership offers a major expansion of local market reach for funeral homes and highlights a key component of eFuneral’s strategy to enable both lead and sales conversion and reach at an extraordinary amount for partner providers, at no extra cost or time-commitment from their staff.

“We are always looking for ways to help our partners promote their online eFuneral storefronts,” says eFuneral President Luke Frieberg. “This integration gives our funeral home partners access to new consumers nationwide looking for a provider, business opportunities they wouldn’t otherwise have.”

eFuneral’s Director of Partnership Development, Mitch Smith adds: “I know, from each conversation with our partners, funeral professionals using our tool need easy and effective solutions to market it. Our whole goal at eFuneral is to make the funeral director’s life easier. This new partnership with Legacy will aide in that goal of bringing innovations to our partners.”

For Legacy, the integration bolsters the company’s overall efforts to support funeral service providers with easy, effective digital marketing solutions. “When the phone rings, funeral directors answer, 24/7/365,” says funeral director and funeral home channel general manager, John Heald. “Everyone at Legacy is honored to partner with eFuneral to offer our friends in funeral service free, easy access to new leads and more reach in their community.”

Both companies encourage interested funeral service providers to contact eFuneral’s Nick Grant at ngrant@efuneral.com to learn more.
