Preneed Funeral Program Recognized for Achievement in Sales, Reaches $3 billion in Total Preneed Contracts

Panama City, Panama – Preneed Funeral Program (PFP) received top honors for their production of over $104 million in preneed contracts for the 2015 year and was honored at the annual Homesteaders Leaders Conference given by Homesteaders Life Company.

Held March 2-6 in Panama City, the conference recognized top achievers in preneed sales for the previous year. PFP received the prestigious Daniel M. Voecks Sales Achievement Award for Volume, which recognizes the marketing organization with the highest sales volume in 2015.

This marks the third consecutive year in which PFP has taken home the top award. Amidst their annual achievements, at the end of 2015, PFP also reached $3 billion in total funded preneed contracts since their founding in 1978.

Quinn Eagan, President and Founder of PFP, accepted the award. “We had a great year this year,” Eagan said. “70% of the top 10 [Homesteaders] producers came out of PFP, not only this year, but last year, so I know we are doing something right.”

Eagan also cited what he said were the two secrets to PFP’s sales success: creating positive habits when speaking with families and implementing effective marketing systems.

PFP sales counselors also took home numerous individual awards for their achievements in 2015.

PFP counselor Roger Seay earned the James O. Wilson awards for Volume and for Paid Annualized Premium (PAP), which recognize the counselors with the highest volume and PAP, respectively. He produced over $2.4 million in preneed contracts in 2015. PFP counselor Joey DePasquale earned the Rising Star Awards for both volume and for PAP for producing over $1 million in his first year as a sales counselor for PFP.

Twenty-nine of PFP’s sales counselors qualified to attend the conference this year, thirteen of which produced over $1 million. All were recognized for their accomplishments.

An additional ten PFP counselors were admitted into the “Homesteaders Club” which also recognizes counselors with achievements in sales in 2015. Their achievements will be honored in Las Vegas in April.
