Funeral Solutions Group and FrontRunner Introduce the Honoring a Life Memorial Tree Program
As the world comes together to help in the fight against climate change, Funeral Solutions Group today has unveiled the “Honoring A Life” Memorial Tree Program, a global initiative designed to bring funeral professionals across the world together to make a difference in our world and a difference to the families they serve. Working in conjunction with Forestry Groups across the globe, Funeral Solutions Group has established partners in Canada, US, Beijing, UK, and Australia, with more slated to come on board.
“Funeral Service today needs a great story. Through a collective approach on behalf of death care professionals, the Honoring a Life Program will do just that. The pilot program has produced overwhelmingly positive feedback from families and funeral homes” says Kevin Montroy, CEO/Founder of FrontRunner Professional.
The program consists of a beautiful card and stationery kit that the funeral homes can send to the families they serve, indicating that they have arranged for the planting of a memorial tree for their loved one. The loved one’s tribute and forest location is then posted on the Honoring a Life website. The program is available to all funeral homes, not just FrontRunner clients. For FrontRunner clients the program is seamlessly integrated, providing an automatic publishing onto their FrontRunner funeral home website. For all other funeral homes, a login will be provided to the Honoring a Life website at www.HonoringALife.org.

The beauty of the program is that it is not tied to casket purchases and the tribute to the deceased is published with the location of the memorial tree for future generations to see. The cost of each tribute is $10, which includes the planting of a tree, the stationery package and the listing honoring the deceased on the Honoring a Life website.
