This is a question I have asked many different funeral directors and I always seem to get a wide variety of answers. Some love the service and see it as a “must have”, others have the service but feel like they are just flushing their money down the drain, I have even talked to many funeral directors who don’t use an answering service and don’t think they ever will, they are just not seeing the value.
