William B. McQueen Elected President of the Cremation Association of North America

image Anderson-McQueen Family Tribute Centers is proud to announce that William B. McQueen, President and CEO, was elected president of the Cremation Association of North America (CANA) to serve the 2009-2010 association year.

CANA is an association of cremationists, cemeterians, funeral directors, funeral industry suppliers and consultants. The organization provides members with professional development programs, certification training, advocacy programs and networking opportunities.

One of the organization’s initiatives under McQueen’s leadership will be the development of national standards for pet cremations, which is among the fastest growing segments of the industry.
