Homesteaders Recognized Among Milliman’s “Best in Benefits”
West Des Moines, Iowa — Milliman has recognized Homesteaders Life Company for being among the top 20 Midwest Region companies of their “Best in Benefits” award program.
According to Milliman, “The Best in Benefits award recognizes employers who offer the best benefits plans relative to their peers.” Analyzing benefit plan designs, premiums and employer contributions provided via a benchmarking study, Milliman calculates the benefit value and cost of each company plan. Milliman’s Best in Benefits program is conducted annually on employee benefits including medical, dental, life, voluntary benefits and leave policies. The Midwest Region survey included data from 343 companies representing 117,211 employees.
