With social media and email becoming the quickest way to reach both potential and established customers, it is important to remember the power of a physical connection. Mattison will explore five key insights that will help you building better, stronger, and more authentic relationships in the digital world.
KELLY McDONALD, author, on “Crafting the Customer Experience for People Not Like You”: A “One-size fits all” experience has companies struggling to set themselves apart from their competitors.
