SETH MATTISON, professional speaker, on “Relationship Revolution: Building Better Connections in the Digital Age”: In this wired, digital world, a physical connection is more powerful than ever. With social media and email becoming the quickest way to reach both potential and established customers, it is important to remember the power of a physical connection. Mattison will explore five key insights that will help you building better, stronger, and more authentic relationships in the digital world.
KELLY McDONALD, author, on “Crafting the Customer Experience for People Not Like You”: A “One-size fits all” experience has companies struggling to set themselves apart from their competitors. McDonald will speak on how you can better craft the customer experience by considering your customers’ racial, ethnic, religious and generational differences. Knowing and understanding these differences will better help you deliver a quality experience for every customer and set yourself apart for the competition.
