Free Insurance Coverage Just For The Asking

Progressive Environmental Services, the largest precious metal refinery for recycling post cremation metals in North America, is now including yet another value added feature at NO COST, to all existing and new customers.  All active customers of Progressive Environmental Services will be receiving insurance accords for over 12 million dollars for their protection at no expense to them.  10 million dollars of that protection is for general liability and will include the customer’s name and address as a certificate holder on the document.  The next insurance accord is for 2 million dollars of environmental coverage.  Such coverage will be for environmental pollution and/or environmental remediation.  In addition to the insurance coverage, all customers will receive a sample copy of the required EPA Form 8700-22 which tracks chain of custody.  Because of the potential liability that is inherent with the proper processing of post cremation metals; this document is the customer’s proof of chain of custody and minimizes the cradle to grave liability should a crematory ever be questioned as to where their post cremation metals go for recycling and processing.
These insurance and chain of custody forms are protection for you, the customer.  It is your only assurance that you are doing business with a legitimate company that has been in business for over 36 years and is looking out for your welfare and protection.  With the recent increase of “sham” companies opening overnight stating that they have been in business forever and that they have a refinery; it is in the best interest of the crematory to do their due diligence as to where their post cremation metals are going.

Doesn’t it make good business sense that with all the precautions and due diligence that is taken when a case comes to the crematory such as authorization forms, family signatures, releases and the like that at least some concern should be expressed as to where their post cremation metals end up; especially knowing that there is definite liability exposure for the improper handling of such materials?

Recently we have all heard about the horror stories of so called refiners who are actual middlemen selling post cremation metals to garage operations that use cyanides and other shortcut methods that expose the crematoriums to the ultimate liability.  The last thing a crematory wants to hear is that their operators are selling post cremation metals to pawn shops or that their ultimate liability appears on the evening news.  Some of these sham operations have even called our customers representing themselves as Progressive Environmental Services, or sending out shipping labels with their address stating that Progressive has moved to a new location, or stating that they are doing all the processing for Progressive and on and on.  BE CAREFUL TO WHOM YOU SHIP YOUR MATERIAL TO.  VERIFY THE ADDRESS ON SHIPPING LABELS AND EVEN CALL BACK SUCH FACILITIES TO VERIFY THEY REALLY ARE WHO THEY STATE THEY ARE.  Don’t be the facility calling us weeks after shipping to whom they thought was us and looking for payment.  We can’t protect you if you don’t alert your people to such scams, as they really exist.

Progressive Environmental Services assures the crematorium that the accepted standards of recycling by CANA, the ICCFA and NFDA are being adhered to.  With as much care and concern that is demonstrated to minimize liability with what comes into the front door as to getting proper signatures and record keeping; isn’t it just as important to know where and to whom the post cremation materials are being sent to?  There are just too many 25 year olds telling crematory owners how they have been in business for over 40 years and who just see post cremation metals as an opportunity to get rich quick.  We provide the insurance coverage as an added value for the crematory owners and operators so that they feel secure in knowing that for over 36 years we have been doing the right thing and will continue to do so.

Remember our mantra…………”Integrity is what you do when no one is looking”.  For more information please contact Progressive Environmental Services at 800-323-9785 ext.8819.
