CFSA Elects 2014-15 Officers And Directors
LAKE BLUFF, ILLINOIS — November 25, 2014 — The Casket & Funeral Supply Association of America (CFSA) is pleased to announce its 2014-15 Board of Directors and Officers. At the association’s Fall Conference & Trade Show in Indianapolis, Ind., on November 11, 2014, CFSA members elected as their President: Tina Houck, currently president of Schuylkill Haven Casket Company, Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania. Ms. Houck is CFSA’s 65Her father, the late Donald W. Houck, was CFSA’s 38th president and served from 1987-88th person elected to this office in the association’s 101-year history.
Joining Ms. Houck as 2014-15 CFSA Officers are: Peter Galletly (Vice President), Tiedemann-Bevs Industries, Richmond, Indiana; Gerald (Jerry) Burchett (Treasurer), IVC Industrial Coatings, Brazil, Indiana; and, Louis Tobia, Jr., (Immediate Past President), New England Casket Co., East Boston, Mass.
Newly-elected Directors are: Jeanette Hiemstra, Keith M. Merrick Company, Sibley, Iowa; Bill Jones, Aurora Casket Company, Aurora, Indiana; and, Jason Mims, Cherokee Casket Company, Griffin, Georgia. Each director will serve a three-year term.
They join returning Directors: Steven Gadaleta, NorthStar Industries, Batesville, Indiana; Shannon Robinson, Matthews Casket Division, Richmond, Indiana; Terrill Vieth, Geneva Manufacturing Corp., Geneva, Indiana; Alain Dumont, Victoriaville Funeral Supplies, Inc., Victoriaville, Quebec, Canada; Peggy Rouzzo, Nomis Publications, Inc., Youngstown, Ohio; and, Betsy VerPlank-Kerl, VerPlank Enterprises, Inc., Iron City, Tennessee.
