Eternal Image Group Debuts Line of Caskets Licensed by the Vatican Observatory Foundation[TM]

The Eternal Image Group LLC., (the “Company”), a licensing company active in the memorial products industry, today unveiled its line of caskets officially licensed by the Vatican Observatory Foundation[TM].  The caskets join memorial prayer cards of the same brand already offered by the Company.  Product details and links to photo galleries can be viewed here: www.brandmemorials.com/vatican-observatory-foundation/.

“At a time when we mourn the loss of a loved one from earthly life, these sacred images can remind us of the promise we have in Christ’s Resurrection,” said Father Timothy Babcock, the Archdiocese of Detroit’s Clergy Liaison for Funeral and Cemetery Services, who was given a preview of the caskets. “It is fitting at the time of death for Catholics to look upon our hope in Christ and the intercession of the Blessed Mother for strength and consolation.”

The caskets are available in either solid mahogany or solid hardwood and each includes a keepsake sash for the family. Adorning the interior is an exclusive piece of Renaissance-style Catholic artwork of which there are ten selections, including three exclusive Latino-style pieces by artist Vincent Barzoni.

“We recently sold our two millionth Vatican Observatory Foundation prayer card,” said Nick Popravsky, VP of Sales for the Company.  “They’re used in funeral services all across the country.  This will remain one of the most sought after global brands for decades to come.”

The caskets are distributed by Buchanan Private Label of Indianapolis, Indiana and can now be delivered to any funeral home in the United States. Kaczorowski Funeral Home of suburban Baltimore, Maryland, was the first to order a Vatican Observatory Foundation casket.
