A Simple Thank You offers services to Fallen Chicago Firefighter

CHICAGO- A Simple Thank You will be donating their services to the family of Chicago Firefighter Captain Herbert “Herbie” Johnson. He was a 33 year veteran of the Chicago Fire Department and died a hero while battling a house fire. The 54 year old Johnson was part of the local delegation of firefighters that traveled to New York City after 9/11 to help with rescue efforts.

Thousands waited in line at St. Rita of Cascia Shrine Chapel for hours to pay respects to the local hero. While waiting, visitors signed in using a digital guest book registry provided by A Simple Thank You. The company will take that information and provide the family with a printed memorial guest book, print custom thank you cards, and most importantly, address the thousands of envelopes of those that registered. The burden of trying to address envelopes during this very difficult and emotional time would be overwhelming had it not been for the services of A Simple Thank You. We are very proud to have been able to help the Johnson family during their time of need.
