We have received lots of questions about the new Genesis Casket Company; When are they launching? What will their caskets look like? How do we submit a resume? And up to this point the answers have been very limited. I receieved an email earlier this week from the Vice President of Marketing for Genesis annoucing their new “beta” website. The email included the following statement:

The site is a “temporary placeholder” to provide an online presence before the launch of the comprehensive Genesis web site later this year. The site is meant to >introduce Genesis, to provide a brief information about our company and to begin to position the our brand as well as our value proposition. The site provides >direction to job seekers and gathers information from funeral professionals to help populate our database.

Funeral Homes are Struggling to Keep Their Doors Open

Ryan Thogmartin - August 13, 2017

This is a topic and conversation that does not get talked about or covered enough. We all want to put the blame on cremation and ignore the fact that many of the issues facing funeral homes aren't because families choose cremation but because of bad business decisions of many funeral directors who don't want to change or accept cremation.
