Richmond, Indiana – Vandor Corporation and C.J. Boots Casket Company of Anderson, Indiana are pleased to announce a merger agreement.

An industry leader  Manufacturing superior hardwood caskets since 1999,

C.J. Boots Caskets quickly became an industry leader in quality and value. “When we decided to develop an improved ceremonial rental casket we knew we needed to look no further than Anderson, Indiana. As we’ve worked together over the years we’ve discovered that the C.J. Boots’ philosophy and mission aligned with our own core business values. Chris Boots will remain President of C.J. Boots as well as become a Vandor shareholder.” said Gerald Davis, President of Vandor Corporation.

Growth in Anderson  “C.J. Boots Casket Company will add new high speed wood processing equipment to its Anderson, Indiana facility making it easier to meet both projected new sales growth and provide same day Core Line and Craft Casket shipping.” said Chris Boots, President of C.J. Boots Casket Company, “New equipment will allow C.J. Boots to better utilize existing floor space, increase productivity, reduce costs, speed up shipping, and so altogether better serve the funeral industry.”

Vandor adds to product diversity  Vandor Corporation also manufactures products for a wide variety of public and private sector companies. Other products include injection molded plastic automotive parts, and packaging reels for the wire and cable industry.
