Nikki has been with the company for 17 years wearing multiple hats and has proven to be an integral part of our clients’ success. Kelly joined the company in 2015 and since then has catapulted the business forward through lean operations and multiple technological endeavors including the company’s exclusive Memory of a Lifetime® digital platform. Kelly will continue to manage the operations and finance side of the business with expanded responsibilities in this new role. “I am looking forward to bringing Terrybear to the next level through our technology which we will continue to enhance, and continuous improvement in our processes, so we can ultimately always give grieving families the best experience through the difficult time,” says Roselyne.
