New member benefit gives independent funeral homes transparent pricing, same-day payouts, and one login for payments and business management

TEMPE, Ariz., July 15, 2026 — Flute today announced a partnership with Selected Independent Funeral Homes, becoming the association’s exclusive credit card processor. The partnership gives Selected members access to a payments platform built to help them accept payments simply, affordably, and with full transparency.

Independent funeral homes need payment tools that are clear, reliable, and built for the way they run. Through the partnership, Selected members can keep more of what they earn with Zero Cost Processing — a program that offsets card processing costs — give families more ways to pay, and track everything from one dashboard. With Flute, members can spend less time on payments and more time caring for the families they serve.

“Selected Independent Funeral Homes is excited to welcome Flute to our Preferred Partner Program. Flute earned our interest based on their reputation for providing excellent service and affordable rates to our members. It is a tremendous member benefit to be able to offer an exclusive credit card processing partner that is reasonable, reliable, and responsive,” said Dan Beavers, Senior Manager, Programs and Partners, Selected Independent Funeral Homes.

“Funeral homes run on trust, and the people behind them deserve payment tools that are just as dependable,” said Jim Luff, Association Relationship Manager at Flute. “We built Flute to be reasonable, reliable, and responsive — transparent pricing, funds when members need them, and one place to manage it all. We’re proud to bring that to Selected members so they can spend less time thinking about payments and more time serving the families who count on them.”

Selected members can take advantage of the new benefit by visiting the Selected Independent Funeral Homes member page at go.flute.com/selected-independent-funeral-homes or by contacting Flute at 800-202-8822 or sales@flute.com.
