Salt Lake City, UT – Security National Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: SNFCA), the parent company of Security National Life Insurance Company, will ring the opening bell of the NASDAQ Stock Market at 9:15 AM ET on Wednesday, September 24th, in New York City. This milestone event commemorates Security National’s 60th year in business and its 38th year as a publicly traded company on NASDAQ. A livestream of this event can be viewed on NASDAQ’s website and social media pages.

Founded in 1965, Security National Financial Corporation has grown from its roots in Salt Lake City into a national leader in life insurance, funeral services, and mortgage lending. Over the decades, the company has stayed true to its founding mission: providing families with financial security, dignity, and peace of mind during life’s most important moments.

Ringing the NASDAQ opening bell is not only a celebration of our history, but also a recognition of the trust our agents, policyholders, and funeral home partners have placed in us. Our success has always been built on relationships. We’re excited to spend many more decades supporting our agents, delivering value to our insureds, and standing alongside our funeral home partners as they serve families in their communities.

As a publicly traded company since 1987, Security National has leveraged the transparency, accountability, and resources of the public markets to strengthen its operations. This status has provided long-term stability and growth opportunities that benefit not only investors but also the agents who represent the company, the families who rely on its insurance products, and the funeral homes that partner with Security National to provide trusted end-of-life services.
