Brookfield, Wis. — The National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) has launched a redesigned website that makes it easier for funeral professionals, students, suppliers and consumers to access the information, tools and resources most relevant to them.

The updated NFDA.org features a fresh design, streamlined navigation and an enhanced mobile experience, helping users more quickly find the education, advocacy resources, news, research and business tools they rely on from NFDA.

One of the most significant changes is the introduction of three simplified navigation pathways – “For You,” “For Your Business” and “For the Profession” – designed to help users quickly connect with the content and services most relevant to their needs.

“Our goal was to create a website experience that is more intuitive, accessible and user-focused,” said NFDA CEO Christine Pepper. “Whether someone is looking for professional development opportunities, advocacy information, business resources or consumer education materials, the new NFDA.org helps them get there faster and more easily.”

Additional enhancements include:

  • A cleaner, more intuitive interface
  • Simplified navigation and improved organization of content
  • An enhanced experience for mobile users
  • A clearer distinction between NFDA.org and the NFDA member portal

The updated website reflects NFDA’s ongoing commitment to supporting funeral professionals and advancing the profession through education, advocacy, research and community engagement.

As part of the redesign, some page URLs and navigation pathways have changed. If website visitors  previously bookmarked pages or saved direct links, they may need to update those bookmarks to reflect the new website structure.

If website visitors are having difficulty finding information, NFDA encourages them to begin from the homepage or use the website search function. Website visitors with questions about the website or association offerings can contact the NFDA Member Services team at 262-789-1880.

NFDA is the world’s leading and largest funeral service association, serving 20,000 individual members who represent nearly 11,000 funeral homes in the United States and 49 countries around the world. NFDA is the trusted leader, beacon for ethics and the strongest advocate for the profession. NFDA is the association of choice because it offers funeral professionals comprehensive educational resources, tools to manage successful businesses, guidance to become pillars in their communities and the expertise to foster future generations of funeral professionals. NFDA is headquartered in Brookfield, Wis., and has an office in Washington, D.C. For more information, visit NFDA.org.
