Auburn, IN: – Memory Glass and Messenger are pleased to announce their partnership to extend the reach of the custom glass keepsakes carefully crafted by the artisans at Memory Glass.  “The consumer research we conduct each year affirms that families find meaning and value in being offered different types of personalized keepsakes at different price points. Our partnership with Memory Glass allows us to bring a beautifully crafted keepsake option to all of the funeral professionals we serve,” stated Bob Hoaglund, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The Messenger Sales team recently went through a comprehensive training program and are ready to serve funeral homes with this new keepsake option.

A Memory Glass® is a solid glass keepsake that eternally preserves cremated remains, soil from a burial site or sand, which are suspended within the glass.  Their customizable products are each hand-blown using high-quality crystal glass and colored glass.  An extremely small amount of cremated remains, soil or sand is required, giving families the opportunity to create multiple Memory Glasses.  When used with cremated remains, the family can still bury or scatter the remainder of the ashes.  Nick Savage, President and Founder of Memory Glass, stated, “Our decision to build a strategic alliance with Messenger is a great match.  Both companies have a long history, commitment and reputation of being leaders in the market, particularly in quality and service.” Kim Price, Vice President of Memory Glass added, “We are very excited to be working with Messenger in our new distributor relationship. We believe that with Messenger’s strong sales force and Memory Glass’ unique glass memorials, our partners and the families will experience the highest level of service and product satisfaction.”

Established in 2002, Memory Glass began as a family business inspired by the loss of a close friend.  Its mission is to provide a creative, affordable, alternative form of memorialization for those grieving the loss of family, friends or pets who are no longer with us.

Messenger, headquartered in Auburn, IN, has been in business since 1913 and has transformed funeral registries, stationery and personalized keepsakes!  Today, Messenger leads with the best digital registry on the market and the most extensive line of funeral stationery and keepsakes available.  Messenger invests in training and consumer research each year and is dedicated to helping funeral professionals stay relevant in an ever-changing marketplace.  Our ultimate goal has been and always will be to make a difference to grieving families through the products and services we provide.
