Legacywyse Gives Funeral Homes a Free Estate Settlement Resource for Families

Legacywyse, an estate settlement and probate application designed specifically for first-time executors, is providing funeral homes with a free, practical resource to share when families ask how to manage the complex administrative work following a death. Designed to bring clarity, structure, and bank-level security to an often overwhelming process, Legacywyse serves as an essential digital assistant for grieving families navigating probate, asset distribution, and post-funeral tasks.

After arranging a funeral, an executor faces a daunting list of responsibilities that includes gathering financial records, documenting personal belongings, tracking court deadlines, and filing probate paperwork. Legacywyse helps users organize that work and follow the next steps in their plan by consolidating guided checklists, inventory tools, and pre-filled probate document drafts for supported matters into one streamlined workspace.

The platform’s free plan provides comprehensive support for families during this transitional phase. It features smart task management covering every stage of settlement, real estate tools, five AI inventory appraisals, and one Family Review round utilizing a fair-distribution algorithm to help relatives document possessions and resolve inheritance preferences amicably. Additionally, the integrated SageAI Assistant chat helps users understand complex procedural questions in plain language, while plain-language form generation supports document drafts for supported regions, including all 254 Texas counties.

Funeral homes can easily incorporate Legacywyse into their aftercare packets, follow-up resource lists, or website references when families ask where to begin. Families create their own account and use the app directly at their own pace. While Legacywyse Free costs $0 per month, an optional Pro plan is available for $79 per month, which adds advanced capabilities such as Autopilot video inventory scanning and unlimited AI appraisals. An expanded Banking and Finance suite designed to aggregate accounts is currently waitlisted.

Disclaimer: Legacywyse provides general information and document drafts, not legal advice. Probate requirements vary by jurisdiction, and users should confirm that their specific matter is supported. To learn more or explore resources for funeral families, visit https://legacywyse.com/.
