STERLING, Va. (April 10, 2026) – The International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association (ICCFA) is proud to announce the recipients of its prestigious Certified Executive Program for the 2026 spring cycle, recognizing professionals who have demonstrated exceptional achievement, leadership, and commitment to the advancement of the memorialization profession. These designations distinguish leaders who have demonstrated a superior level of management skill, industry involvement, and dedication to continuing education.

The ICCFA offers the following certifications:

  • Certified Cemetery Executive (CCE)
  • Certified Cemetery Funeral Executive (CCFE)
  • Certified Cremation Executive (CCrE)
  • Certified Funeral Executive (CFuE)
  • Certified Supplier Executive (CSE)
  • Certified Pet Loss Professional (CPLP).

Candidates for certification must meet rigorous standards, including a minimum of five years of full-time experience in the profession, active ICCFA membership in good standing, demonstrated leadership and industry contributions, and participation in continuing education programs.

“Each of these individuals has demonstrated not only professional excellence, but a deep commitment to elevating the standards of our profession,” said Jeff Kidwiler, CCE, CSE, Chair of the ICCFA Certification Committee. “Their dedication to continued learning and leadership strengthens our industry and helps ensure we continue to serve families with the highest level of care and integrity.”

The newly certified executives will be formally recognized and presented with their certificates during the Annual Board Report & Awards on Thursday, April 30 at the 2026 ICCFA Experience in Fort Worth later this month.

2026 Spring Certified Executives:

  • Lori Bolton, CCFE, CSE | Park Lawn Corporation – Houston, Texas
  • Pierce Dempsey, CCrE | Leaf Cremation – Kennesaw, Georgia
  • Sean O’Regan, CCE | Woodland Cemetery & Arboretum – Dayton, Ohio
  • Nathan Romagnola, CCE | White Haven Memorial Parks Inc. – Pittsford, New York
  • John Silvestri, CCFE | Cherokee Memorial Park & Funeral Home – Lodi, California
  • Micah Singerman, CCFE | Shalom Memorial Park & Funeral Home – Arlington Heights, Illinois
  • Phil Tassi, CCE | Ferncliff Cemetery – Hartsdale, New York

ICCFA certification not only recognizes professional achievement but also encourages ongoing education and active participation within the industry. Certification holders are required to maintain their designation through continued involvement and re-certification over time.

Applications for the 2026 fall certification cycle will open this summer. Eligible professionals are encouraged to apply and take the next step in advancing their careers and contributing to the future of the memorialization profession.
