West Des Moines, Iowa — Homesteaders Life Company, a national leader in preneed funeral funding, has announced the launch of Homesteaders Solutions, a comprehensive system of marketing and operational support designed to help funeral professionals connect with consumers and enhance their long-lasting brand strength. The integrated services amplify the core Homesteaders value offering, supported by best-in-class solutions from eFuneral and The Domani Group.

“Homesteaders’ objective is to enable prearrangement and funding through our funeral home partners for two million new consumers by 2030. To achieve this, we are investing in consumer engagement and innovative resources that will help funeral professionals provide excellent experiences for families at every touchpoint,” states Steve Shaffer, Homesteaders Chairman, President and CEO. “We developed Homesteaders Solutions to address some of the biggest challenges in funeral service – engagement with consumers, effective aftercare, preneed appointment setting, lead generation and more – while seamlessly integrating with funeral homes in a way that enhances the experience.”

Homesteaders Solutions offers everything from lead generation and text-based family follow up to appointment setting and remote preneed sales, all centered around a robust customer relationship management (CRM) system. The best-in-class solutions build on the success of eFuneral’s online funeral sales engine and Domani’s preneed call center and award-winning text-based aftercare program.

“Our goal is to be the best at helping funeral professionals connect with consumers like never before,” says Jill Muenich, newly appointed President of the Homesteaders Solutions Group. “We are bringing together innovative, top-tier resources to create awareness and drive engagement around funeral planning. Our mantra is ‘Do more – Better,’ and for us that means more connections, more opportunities and more than just preneed.”
