First-of-its-kind offering added to portfolio of solutions helping to move deathcare industry forward

Miami, FL (April 5, 2023) – Sympathy Brands and its family of brands, including shiva.com, eCondolence.com and Cemetery.com, are committed to making it easier for those in the deathcare industry to do their jobs. That is why they are excited to introduce their newest time-saving feature, the Digital Fingerprint Storage Solution.

With this new offering, which is the first of its kind in the industry, funeral directors can now keep everything in one place by storing an unlimited number of fingerprints together with the case file. Easy to download, email, and print on demand, this all-in-one solution increases organization and simplifies workloads.

The Digital Fingerprint Storage Solution can be easily integrated into a user’s existing Sympathy Brands platform as part of the case creation and management process. With this addition, partners will have the ability to:

  • Upload image files to a case in order to store, download, email, print, or delete the file at any time
  • Email each file to the user login email for quick access to the file
  • View the quantity of files that have been uploaded, all in one place
  • Control access by enabling or disabling the feature for a location

“As the deathcare industry evolves, so do the needs of our partners,” said Michael Schimmel, CEO of Sympathy Brands. “With our new Digital Fingerprint Storage Solution, we’re helping partners save time and stay organized, allowing them to focus instead on emerging priorities.”
