Suhor Industries of Overland Park, KS. the largest shareholder, customer and licensee of Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. in Chicago, announced today that they had acquired a controlling interest in that company (Wilbert Funeral Services Inc).
Suhor has a planned strategy to improve brand image and strengthen the licensee network.

A letter from Wilbert Funeral Services Inc. announcing the shift of controlling interest was emailed out to licensees earlier today.
