Danville, IL – Trigard proudly awarded a $250 scholarship to Michell Morrow, a Carl Sandberg College Mortuary Science student, earlier this month.

Trigard’s Project Manager, Blake Swinford, and Sunset Funeral Homes General Manager, Drew Edwards, visited the Galesburg, Illinois, campus to award the scholarship and educate the students about the many facets of the death care industry and the importance of bringing passion to the profession.

Trigard is firmly committed to investing in the next generation of funeral directors who will care for families across the country.

ABOUT TRIGARD – Trigard is a family owned and operated business based in Danville, Illinois, that has catered to the varying needs of the death care industry since the 1960s. Trigard regularly hosts Trigard University, a program dedicated to assisting burial vault dealers and funeral directors by providing the necessary tools to make their firms succeed in today’s funeral industry.
