BATESVILLE, Ind. – Batesville is proud to welcome noted author and communications expert Dr. Albert Mensah as the keynote speaker of the 81st annual National Funeral Directors and Morticians Association (NFDMA) convention, taking place August 6 – 8 in Kissimmee, Florida. A renowned author and motivational speaker, Dr. Mensah will explain how different communications strategies can benefit your organization and positively impact employees.
Dr. Mensah has built a strong reputation among business leaders as a catalyst for improving employee morale, increasing productivity and enhancing teamwork through his energizing stories. He inspires audiences to recognize their inner strength and resiliency, live authentically in alignment with their personal values and bring their best selves to work every day. His keynote address is at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 7 and offers 1.5 CEU credits.
