Funeral Women Lead Expands Board of Directors, Welcomes Six New Leaders
New board members bring expertise across funeral service and deathcare, education, operations, business development, preneed and professional leadership.
PARKER, CO — August 25, 2026 — Funeral Women Lead, the only 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation dedicated exclusively to advancing, developing and supporting women and those who identify as women in funeral service and deathcare, today announced the appointment of six new members to its Board of Directors: Dr. Camelia L. Clarke, Faith Haug, Kelly Kohut, Stephanie Ramsey, Robbie Pape and Rachel Moring.
The six new board members join Funeral Women Lead’s founding board members, expanding the organization’s leadership with experience spanning funeral home and cemetery operations, mortuary science education, preneed, business development, finance, organizational leadership and professional associations.

Dr. Camelia L. Clarke is President of Paradise Memorial Funerary Corp. in Milwaukee and a 30-year deathcare professional. A Past President of the Wisconsin Funeral Directors Association and spokesperson for the National Funeral Directors Association, Clarke was named American Funeral Director Magazine’s 2022 Funeral Director of the Year and serves on the Board of Directors of Federated Mutual Insurance Companies.
Faith Haug is Program Director of the Mortuary Science Program at Arapahoe Community College and a licensed funeral director and embalmer with more than 20 years of experience. She serves as Director-at-Large for the Colorado Funeral Directors Association and Secretary/Treasurer for the American Board of Funeral Service Education and is a graduate of NFDA’s National Emerging Leaders Program.
Kelly Kohut is Regional Vice President of Partnership Development at Precoa and brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, strategic partnerships and organizational leadership. A national speaker and advocate for women in leadership, Kohut has developed programming to expand women’s professional growth and recently completed the Women’s Leadership Academy through the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
Stephanie Ramsey is an experienced business advisor specializing in human resources, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, succession planning and strategic growth. She leads a transaction and advisory services business unit and is a frequent speaker at national and state conventions and contributor to funeral service publications.
Robbie Pape is Vice President of Operations for Carriage Services and brings more than three decades of operational, financial and people-centered leadership experience. A certified public accountant, Pape serves as Treasurer of the Cremation Association of North America and is Past President of the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association.
Rachel Moring is a second-generation funeral professional whose career spans funeral home operations, preneed and national distribution leadership. In 2026, she founded PUP Preneed, a platform focused on pet preplanning, and in 2025 was recognized by the Louisiana Funeral Directors Association for outstanding excellence and dedicated service.
Together, the expanded Board of Directors will help guide Funeral Women Lead’s strategic direction, strengthen its organizational foundation and advance opportunities for women throughout funeral service and deathcare.
