With more than 30 years of experience developing high‑performing preneed professionals across the country, Wells brings a deep understanding of sales psychology, communication, and performance improvement, expertise that will further strengthen Dead Ringers’ mission of elevating funeral home communication from the very first call.
While her work spans leadership and operational support, Wells’ greatest passion has always been helping preneed professionals find their voice, refine their skills, and reach their highest potential. She is known for her creativity, her ability to make complex concepts simple, and her gift for encouraging people to grow with confidence.
