Terrybear Urns and Memorials Develops Executive Team

ST. PAUL, MINN. May 3, 2023 – Terrybear Urns and Memorials is pleased to announce the promotions of Nikki Nordeen to Executive Director of Client Success and Brand Growth, and Kelly Roselyne to Executive Director of Finance and Operations.  “I couldn’t ask for better leaders for Terrybear Urns and Memorials to take care of our customers.  Nikki and Kelly are exemplifying leaders that understand customer service, quality, and execution.  They get things done while showing an amazing amount of compassion for our customers and our team.  Nikki always speaks in the voice of our customers, and Kelly leads the execution of our plan.  We have so many new and innovative initiatives we are launching, and I am confident that their leadership will help us reach our goals,” says Lavina Lau, President and CEO.

Nikki has been with the company for 17 years wearing multiple hats and has proven to be an integral part of our clients’ success.  In her new role, she will oversee all aspects of sales, marketing, and products to ensure customers have the best experience possible.  “I am excited to see how our team of talented professionals continues to bring value to our customers and industry. Kelly joined the company in 2015 and since then has catapulted the business forward through lean operations and multiple technological endeavors including the company’s exclusive Memory of a Lifetime® digital platform.  Kelly will continue to manage the operations and finance side of the business with expanded responsibilities in this new role.  “I am looking forward to bringing Terrybear to the next level through our technology which we will continue to enhance, and continuous improvement in our processes, so we can ultimately always give grieving families the best experience through the difficult time,” says Roselyne.
