The Domani Group Joins Forces with Homesteaders Life Company

Orem, UT – The Domani Group, a leader in preneed and aftercare solutions for funeral homes, is pleased to announce it is joining forces with Homesteaders Life Company. Homesteaders has made a financial investment in Domani, which gives Homesteaders-affiliated funeral homes and marketing partners exclusive access to Domani’s best-in-class preneed appointment setting center and custom-built Salesforce CRM. Additionally, they will obtain preferred pricing for Domanicare, the award-winning text message aftercare and reputation management program.

These innovations have already helped hundreds of funeral homes across the country develop and leverage sales opportunities and significantly improve their families’ experiences that result in recommendations and long-term customer loyalty.

“As more funeral homes are realizing the importance of aftercare and a proactive approach to online reputation management, we are excited to align ourselves with a company of this caliber,” said Jon Lefrandt, Domani CEO. “Homesteaders’ commitment to preneed and the quality service and product they deliver is second-to-none and gives funeral homes that utilize our appointment setting service a powerful 1-2 punch. This alliance will also enable us to continue to accelerate our growth and develop new ways to help funeral homes cater to shifting consumer preferences.”

Steve Shaffer, CEO of Homesteaders, expressed his excitement by saying, “Homesteaders is committed to the funeral profession both in the near and long term. By combining our two companies’ capabilities and resources, we can provide best-in-class solutions to funeral professionals that are greater than what either company could deliver individually. It’s a “1 plus 1 equals 3″ relationship that will make a massive difference in the funeral business.”

This strategy includes investing significant resources into bringing innovative new solutions to the market that exponentially increase opportunities for connecting consumers with funeral homes and preneed professionals (and vice-versa).

Homesteaders’ investment will help Domani bring its innovative and highly successful products and services to the market on a grander scale. This strategic relationship will also ensure not only that the current offering remains best-in-class, but also to develop new tools that will help funeral professionals and consumers connect and engage in new and meaningful ways for years to come.
