The landscape is cloudy in the funeral procession when it comes to classifying a lead. What is a lead? Is it just getting data in exchange for a giveaway or free download (high funnel) or is a lead when you capture data from a user that shows actual buying intent (lower funnel)? We have talked about soft and hard leads before but perhaps many of you missed it because the confusion and misinformation from others is still plaguing many funeral professionals, who respectfully, don’t have a clue.
